Recorder separates the no-card trial from the paid number workflow. Test voicemail through a shared line and PIN first; after subscribing, choose a dedicated number in US, UK, and Canada and configure how inbound calls should be handled.

Start a 7-day trial without a card
Recorder assigns a PIN for a shared trial phone line. Call that line, enter the PIN, and test the greeting, voicemail recording, AI transcript, email alert, and dashboard history.

Start a paid plan and choose a number
Choose from US local and toll-free numbers; UK local, toll-free, and mobile numbers; and Canada local and toll-free numbers. Solo and Pro include 1 number; Team includes 2 numbers.

Create the caller experience
Write a greeting in English, Spanish, and French, choose a voice, preview the result, and save it. Set a forwarding number and ring duration if you want a chance to answer live.

Answer, route, or capture the message
Forwarding is available on the Solo, Pro, and Team plans. Live call recording is available on the Pro and Team plans, while simultaneous ring and round-robin are available on the Team plan. Unanswered calls move to voicemail.

Read the context and follow up
Every voicemail is automatically transcribed and emailed with the caller’s number. The dashboard keeps the transcript, call history, and original audio together for review.
A clear minute allowance
Each plan has included monthly minutes and a published overage rate. Recorder sends usage alerts at 80% and 100%, and includes configurable overage protection.
A focused product boundary
Recorder is for inbound calls. It does not provide outbound dialling, SMS, complex IVR, or broad international number coverage beyond US, UK, and Canada.
