Can I forward calls to my phone?
Yes! With call forwarding, incoming calls can be routed to your personal phone or any other number. You can also set up smart routing with simultaneous ring or round-robin (sequential or randomized) on the Business plan. If you don't answer, the caller is sent to voicemail.
What happens if I go over my minute limit?
You'll receive email alerts at 80% and 100% of your included minutes so there are no surprises. If you go over, additional minutes are billed at your plan's overage rate ($0.12/min Starter, $0.10/min Business, $0.08/min Enterprise).
